Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to statutory regulations.
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Inventory & Cost Management

• Manage inventory planning to optimize operational efficiency.
• Reduce costs and wastage while ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
• Oversee project costs related to hardware and software development.

Negotiations & Contracts

• Lead negotiations on debt financing and vendor agreements.
• Manage customer contracts to align with financial and operational goals.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and vendor management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong expertise in inventory planning, debt and vendor negotiations, and contract management.
• Proven background in FP&A, cost optimization, and compliance within a technology or manufacturing-driven business.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
