• Experience managing large teams and senior plant leadership.
• Exposure to OEM customers in demanding automotive environments.
• Kannada language proficiency is required.

• Lead end-to-end operations and business performance across multiple manufacturing plants and oversee P&L, EBITDA and cost optimisation.
• Drive OEE, capacity utilisation, productivity, yield and cycle-time reduction through lean manufacturing.
• Champion automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives and manufacturing technology upgrades.
• Ensure world-class quality, on-time delivery and customer-service standards for Automotive Tier-1 operations.
• Lead senior plant leadership, strengthen governance and performance culture across sites.
• Support capacity expansion, new product introductions and strategic manufacturing initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

P&L & Business Leadership

End-to-end ownership of revenue, profitability, EBITDA and cost optimisation.

Manufacturing Operations

Lead large-scale operations covering high-precision machining, gears, transmission and critical automotive components.

Operational Excellence

Drive OEE, capacity utilisation, productivity, yield, cycle-time reduction, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Champion automation, Industry 4.0, process improvement and manufacturing technology upgrades.

Quality & Customer Delivery

Ensure world-class quality, delivery, productivity and customer-service standards expected from Automotive Tier-1 operations.

Leadership & Governance

Lead senior plant leadership teams and strengthen systems, processes, governance and performance culture across plants.

Strategic Growth

Support capacity expansion, new product introduction, technology upgradation and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
