How You’ll Grow With Us

Forget “job duties.” Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:

• Plant ideas, grow movements.From balcony jungles to green Diwalis, your campaigns will inspire people to live with plants, not just buy them.
• Write our next chapter. Shape Ugaoo’s voice across D2C, retail, quick commerce, gifting, landscaping, etc. Wherever people meet nature, they’ll meet Ugaoo.
• Create a content hive. Build and lead an in-house creative team that’s bold, fast, and true to our voice.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end. From planning and creative concepts to execution, you’ll bring ideas alive across digital, social, retail, and influencer channels. And when needed, you’ll partner up with external partners and agencies to amplify the impact.
• Be our megaphone. PR, media, partnerships — when India talks gardening, it should talk Ugaoo.
• Balance soil and science. Scale performance on Google, Meta, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Numbers matter — but so does authenticity.
• Lead with heart. Mentor a team, nurture ideas, and collaborate across sales, ops, product, and customer delight.
