• Oversee the effective implementation of the IB PYP, MYP, and DP curricula, ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and staff who demonstrate strong alignment with the IB ethos.
• Build a culture of professional excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development, including IB workshops, training programs, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
• Embed the IB Learner Profile attributes into the school's academic and co-curricular environment.
• Oversee the school's day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
• Manage budgets, resources, facilities, infrastructure, and other operational requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, school policies, and IB standards.
