Title: Head of Innovation Studio & Digital Customer Delivery Job Title Head of Innovation Studio & Digital Customer Delivery Division KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Responsibilities:

Innovation Studio Leadership

Lead and grow the Innovation Studio into a world-class customer engagement and delivery organization. Build and develop a multidisciplinary team, initially comprising 10-15 professionals, with responsibility for scaling the organization substantially as customer demand grows. Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation and customer focus. Develop operating models, governance, performance metrics and delivery standards that enable repeatable excellence.

Customer & Executive Engagement

Serve as the primary host and representative for customer visits, executive briefings, technology demonstrations and VIP engagements. Showcase INSITE capabilities through compelling demonstrations that connect technology outcomes to customer value. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across operations, engineering and leadership teams. Act as a senior escalation point for customer issues, ensuring rapid resolution and a strong customer experience. Capture customer feedback and translate insights into delivery, product and process improvements.

Delivery Excellence

Lead the successful deployment, adoption and support of INSITE solutions across multiple customers. Drive improvements in customer responsiveness, delivery quality and operational efficiency. Establish visible and measurable workflows that enable proactive management of customer commitments, delivery risks and team priorities. Implement data-driven management practices and performance dashboards to improve decision-making and execution. Champion standardization, automation and continuous improvement across all delivery activities.

Commercial & Operational Performance

Partner with finance and business leadership to monitor delivery performance, utilization, margins and profitability. Develop and track operational KPIs that drive sustainable growth and improved customer outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve delivery economics through process optimization, technology adoption and effective resource management. Support business growth through exceptional customer delivery and expansion opportunities.

Leveraging KBR Expertise

Build strong connections with KBR's global network of technical and industry experts. Ensure customer challenges are rapidly connected with the right expertise across the organization. Create mechanisms that enable knowledge sharing, best-practice reuse and collaboration across teams. Position the Innovation Studio as the hub connecting customer needs with KBR's broader technical capabilities.

Technology & Innovation

Drive the adoption of digital tools, analytics, automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve delivery effectiveness. Promote a culture of evidence-based decision making using operational and customer performance data. Continuously identify opportunities to improve how work is performed, measured and managed. Foster innovation while maintaining a relentless focus on execution and customer value.

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in industrial technology, digital transformation, operations, engineering services or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading and growing technical delivery organizations.
• Strong track record of customer engagement and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience establishing operational metrics, delivery governance and continuous improvement programmes.
• Proven ability to improve customer outcomes through technology, process improvement and organizational leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing delivery performance, utilization and profitability metrics.

Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience with industrial digitalization, digital twins, operational technology, industrial analytics or AI-enabled operational solutions.
• Experience in the energy, chemicals, refining, LNG, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics and enterprise software delivery.
• Experience building delivery centers, innovation hubs or centers of excellence.
