Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a seasoned Senior K2 Developer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and optimize complex K2-based solutions. You will lead technical discussions, mentor teammates, and enforce coding standards while delivering compliant releases.

The role requires 6-10 years of hands-on Nintex K2 Five experience, strong .NET and SharePoint APIs skills, and proficiency with SQL, SSRS, and Power BI for analytics. Flexible work arrangements are available, with emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Nintex K2 Five.
• Experience creating and configuring SmartObjects, forms, views, and workflows using out-of-the-box features.
• Experience developing custom brokers using .NET assemblies and SharePoint APIs.
• Strong experience integrating with SQL, SharePoint, SAP, Web Services, REST APIs, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing SQL Server artifacts (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and JSON serialization/deserialization.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
• SSRS and Power BI for analytics reporting.
• K2 Certification is a plus; ServiceNow/Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate effort estimates for requirements and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior K2 Developer to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize complex K2-based solutions, lead technical discussions with customers and teammates, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and release management. This role combines hands-on development with collaboration, mentorship, and process adherence.

• When working from home, align with shift schedules, maintain proper work logs, and present professionally.
• Mentor junior team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and growth in technology expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Nintex K2 Five.
• Experience creating and configuring SmartObjects, forms, views, and workflows using out-of-the-box features.
• Experience developing custom brokers using .NET assemblies and SharePoint APIs.
• Strong experience integrating with SQL, SharePoint, SAP, Web Services, REST APIs, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing SQL Server artifacts (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and JSON serialization/deserialization.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
• SSRS and Power BI for analytics reporting.
• Nice to have: experience with Dox42 and its integration with K2.
• Experience in writing code review guidelines and creating a dummy system for automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with packaging and deployment tools, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps for release management.
• K2 Certification.
• ServiceNow and Azure DevOps is a plus. (Note: Replaces the previous ServiceNow + HPSM reference).
• PowerShell integration experience.
