Role & responsibilities

The Manager Digital Transformation, IT & AI will lead the company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, digital transformation, and AI adoption initiatives.

The role will be responsible for maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment while driving the use of AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve efficiency, reporting, follow-up tracking, collaboration, decision‑making, and operational effectiveness across all functions including Sales, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Management.

Preferred candidate profile

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Manage company's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365 environment, and end‑user support.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all business systems.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, backups, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships.
• Lead internal IT support and helpdesk activities.

Information Security & Governance

• Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection frameworks.
• Implement best practices for information security, access control, backup management, and business continuity.
• Conduct periodic IT and cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Protect company intellectual property, customer data, and sensitive business information.

AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Drive company‑wide adoption of AI, ML, and automation technologies.
• Evaluate and implement tools including: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Azure AI Services, AI Agents and Enterprise Automation Platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI‑enabled workflows and automation.
• Develop solutions for reporting automation, dashboarding, follow‑up tracking, knowledge management, document processing, project monitoring, and business analytics.

Process Improvement & Business Systems

• Implement and enhance solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, ERP, and related platforms.
• Create management dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
• Improve visibility and tracking of customer actions, projects, technical support activities, manufacturing performance, and business metrics.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across all business functions.

Training & Change Management

• Act as the organization's AI and Digital Transformation Champion.
• Train employees on effective use of digital tools and AI platforms.
• Establish AI governance guidelines and promote responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree / MBA preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Azure, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation will be an advantage.

Experience

• 8-15 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Business Systems, or Technology Management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, composites, chemicals, aerospace, defense, industrial products, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions, automation initiatives, and enterprise IT governance frameworks.
