Job summary

WE Connect Services is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head finance for renewable energy projects and multiple SPVs. You will spearhead project finance, debt raising and treasury functions, while overseeing accounting, taxation, GST/TDS, MIS, audit, and controls.

The role includes budgeting, strong lender and management reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance. Immediate joiners preferred given current project timelines.

Qualifications

• CA with 15-20 years' overall experience including 3-5 years in finance leadership.
• Renewable energy experience is essential.
• Expertise in project finance, treasury, GST, TDS, taxation, MIS and audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance for renewable energy and multiple SPVs.
• Oversee project finance, debt raising and treasury operations.
• Manage accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Drive budgeting, MIS, audit and financial controls.
• Coordinate lender and management reporting.
