RateGain Travel Technologies is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate Development to own end-to-end inorganic growth and capital strategy for a global SaaS business. You will identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, lead deal origination, due diligence, negotiations, and closure, while maintaining governance and capital discipline for a listed company.
This role reports to the CEO and works with the CFO and Board to shape acquisition strategy, fundraising, and structural initiatives,

The Mission
The Head of Corporate Development will own and scale RateGain’s end-to-end inorganic growth and capital strategy, ensuring the company consistently identifies, evaluates, and executes value-accretive M&A opportunities while maintaining strong governance, capital discipline, and public-market credibility.
This role exists to make Corporate Development a repeatable growth engine, enabling RateGain to stay ahead of market consolidation, technology shifts, and competitive moves.
