Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Corporate Development & IR for a fast-growing technology/telecoms client in India. You will lead M&A, investor relations, and investor communications to drive strategic growth and strengthen financial positioning.

You will build strong cross-functional partnerships, develop financial models, and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, acting as a spokesperson at investor meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
