Our Client, a leading Industrials organisation headquartered in Kolkata, seeks a Head of Strategy & Investor Relations to drive the company’s corporate strategy and manage relationships with investors and analysts. You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team to steer growth, assess strategic opportunities, and enhance shareholder value.

Job Description

The Head of Strategy & Investor Relations will lead the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy while building and managing relationships with investors, analysts, lenders, and other key stakeholders. This role will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team to drive growth, evaluate strategic opportunities, communicate business performance, and enhance shareholder value

• Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analyses to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
• Partner with business leaders to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives
• Drive annual strategic planning and operating plan alignment across business units
• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to strengthen market confidence and shareholder engagement
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, equity analysts, rating agencies, and financial institutions
• Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, annual reports, and shareholder communications
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and capital market events
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and Executive Committee on strategic priorities, capital allocation, and shareholder expectations
• Prepare Board papers, strategic updates, and investor-related communications
• Support corporate governance initiatives and Board engagement activities
• Develop executive communication materials for internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, investor relations expertise, and executive communication skills.

• Experience Required – 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, equity research, investor relations or corporate development
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and Boards
• Strong track record in strategic planning and execution
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs
