As the Head of Cloud Experience, you will lead the transformation of cloud infrastructure management through self-service, automation, and AI-driven experiences. You will define and execute the future operating model where cloud services are delivered through intelligent platforms, automation, and agentic capabilities, enabling a shift from human-executed to human-supervised cloud operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive innovation, simplify cloud consumption, and create scalable experiences that improve productivity, governance, and operational excellence across a global multi-cloud environment.
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide Cloud Experience strategy and roadmap.
- Establish a unified Cloud Experience Platform that enables self-service cloud provisioning, automation, AI copilots, and agentic workflows.
- Drive the evolution of cloud operations from manual execution toward AI-enabled, human-supervised operating models.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the cloud portal, service catalog, and developer experience.
- Simplify cloud provisioning, governance, lifecycle management, and operational processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Ensure platform capabilities meet business, engineering, and operational requirements at scale.
- Introduce and scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation across cloud operations.
- Enable AI-assisted provisioning, remediation planning, capacity management, operational insights, and service management.
- Implement appropriate human oversight, approval workflows, and accountability mechanisms for AI-driven actions.
- Build and maintain the operational foundation required for agentic cloud management.
- Establish service catalogs, dependency maps, telemetry frameworks, automation workflows, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure AI agents operate with accurate context and reliable operational data.
- Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to establish governance frameworks for AI-enabled cloud operations.
- Implement controls for policy enforcement, auditability, approval workflows, and operational guardrails.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and responsible adoption of autonomous cloud capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of AI-first cloud operating models across the organization.
- Establish success metrics focused on platform adoption, operational efficiency, reliability, customer experience, and productivity improvements.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Influence executive stakeholders and champion the future of AI-powered cloud experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, platform engineering, or digital product leadership.
- At least 4 years of experience leading global cloud, platform engineering, or technology teams.
- Proven experience driving large-scale cloud transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and operating enterprise cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Demonstrated success delivering self-service platforms, service catalogs, cloud marketplaces, or developer platforms at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of platform engineering principles and cloud operating models.
- Experience with Generative AI, AI copilots, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and agentic AI architectures.
- Understanding of supervised autonomy models and AI-enabled operations.
- Ability to balance innovation with operational stability, governance, and risk management.
- Strong product leadership mindset with the ability to build intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for complex technology platforms.
- Proven track record of increasing platform adoption, simplifying user journeys, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud governance, security, compliance, operational risk management, and FinOps practices.
- Familiarity with emerging AI governance frameworks and Agentic FinOps concepts.
- Experience implementing controls, policies, and accountability mechanisms within cloud environments.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing global teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and large-scale technology transformations.
