• Experience in lifecycle management, risk management, governance, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Portfolio Transparency and deliver dashboards and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead portfolio simplification and optimization with lifecycle decisions (Retain, Invest, Modernise, Consolidate, Replace, Retire).
• Lead and develop the Digital Portfolio Team across Applications, IT Services, Software Assets, IT Assets, Data, and Engineering Software; set priorities and foster collaboration.

As the Digital Technology Portfolio Lead, you will drive transparency, governance, and simplification across Siemens Energy's Digital Technology portfolio, covering applications, services, software, platforms, assets, and data. Leading a team of portfolio professionals, you will transform technology data into strategic insights that support architecture decisions, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, and business value realization.

You will work at the intersection of Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, Technology Governance, and Digital Transformation, helping shape Siemens Energy's target IT landscape while reducing complexity and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

35% | Drive Digital Portfolio Transparency

• Establish and continuously enhance visibility across applications, services, software, platforms, assets, and data domains.


• Ensure portfolio information is complete, accurate, reliable, and actionable for stakeholders and decision-makers.


• Align portfolio structures with Enterprise Architecture standards, IT Service Management processes, Configuration Management practices, and Data Ownership models.
