Job summary

Crewlia is seeking a detail-oriented Cloud Engineering Lead to guide our growing remote team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results across cloud platforms, infrastructure, and automation.

You’ll mentor engineers, partner with product managers, and own critical cloud initiatives from design through deployment in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• High-level proficiency with project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Experience operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
