The Head of Client Enablement leads a centralized global organization based in India and Manila dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of Asset Servicing's client-facing teams. The role is responsible for building and scaling capabilities that help Client Owners, Client Service teams, and business leaders strengthen client relationships, improve client outcomes, and support business growth. As a strategic partner to regional leadership, client-facing teams as well as the Client Management Practice Lead, this leader will deliver the insights, governance support, business intelligence, and operational capabilities that enable consistent execution and exceptional client experiences. The role will drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and scalable operating models while building a high-performing team focused on service excellence and innovation.
Client-facing teams spend more time with clients and less time on administrative and operational activities. Improved client retention, satisfaction, and relationship growth through stronger insights, governance, and execution support. Increased visibility into client opportunities, risks, and service trends. Execution of consistent client management practices and governance standards across Asset Servicing. Greater productivity and efficiency through automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making. A scalable global enablement model that strengthens the client experience and supports business growth.
15+ years of experience in financial services, asset servicing, client management, business management, or a related field. Proven experience leading global teams and building scalable enablement, operations, or shared services organizations. Strong understanding of institutional client servicing, relationship management, and the operational needs of asset owners and asset managers. Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and client outcomes. Experience with client relationship management platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the use of CRM data, reporting, and workflow tools to support client management and business decision-making.
