• Oversee and drive daily operations across multiple regions to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA adherence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, and optimization across sites in coordination with HR and operations teams.
• Lead regional and site-level managers to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, attrition, attendance, and client feedback.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory, safety, and company operational policies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support new client onboarding, pricing, and contract execution.
• Review escalation tickets, audits, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventive action.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance for the operations function.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Build a high-performance culture through mentoring, training, and team development.
