• Lead end-to-end Automation CoE for the enterprise
• Transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent Agentic Automation and Orchestration
• Champion innovation, value realization, and transformation
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and strategy
• Be a hands-on leader, not a supervisory manager

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the enterprise automation capability. The role combines technology depth, advisory mindset, and delivery ownership to drive next-gen automation including Agentic AI.
