Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services seeks a strategic leader to own and scale the enterprise automation capability in India. You will drive the transition from traditional RPA to intelligent and Agentic automation, bridging business, technology and strategy while delivering measurable value.

You will lead a small team, govern programs across units, and champion innovation with a hands-on, no-supervisory culture. This role offers high visibility and a chance to shape next-gen automation rapidly.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the enterprise automation capability. The role combines technology depth, advisory mindset, and delivery ownership to drive next‑gen automation including Agentic AI.

Key Role Expectations

• Lead end-to-end Automation CoE for the enterprise
• Transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent & Agentic Automation
• Champion innovation, value realization, and transformation
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and strategy
• Be a hands‑on leader, not a supervisory manager
