Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior finance leader to spearhead the finance function and IPO-readiness journey for a fast-growing, consumer-focused organization. You will partner with founders to build a high-performing finance team, strengthen governance, and drive reporting excellence across multiple channels and product categories.

The role requires CA qualification, strong experience in financial reporting and budgeting, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Exposure to D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, general trade, and manufacturing ops is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting and compliance.
• Understanding budgeting and financial planning is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
