The Corporate Institute in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Investor Relations Lead to design and manage end-to-end investor communications and stakeholder management. You will bridge executives with PE investors, banks, rating agencies, and future public shareholders, and drive IPO readiness, governance disclosures, and quarterly financial updates to the market.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the liaison for investors, banks, mutual funds, and rating agencies.
• Maintain quarterly reporting, board decks, MIS, and performance updates.
• Develop relationships with equity researchers, buy-side analysts, and syndicate partners.
• Lead IR strategy for private-to-public transition; coordinate with promoters, CFO, CEO, and bankers for IPO materials.
• Establish public-market governance disclosures, earnings calls, investor days, and post-listing reporting.
• Formulate long-term financial narratives and prepare investor presentations, press releases, shareholder letters, and annual reports.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Lead to design, manage, and drive our end-to-end investor communications and stakeholder management strategy. This role serves as the primary bridge between executive leadership and existing PE investors, institutional lenders, equity analysts, rating agencies, and future public shareholders.

Stakeholder & Investor Management:

• – Act as the key liaison for investors, banks, mutual funds, and rating agencies.
• – Maintain ongoing, transparent engagement, handling quarterly reporting, board decks, MIS, and performance updates.
• – Develop strong working relationships with key decision-makers across institutional equity research desks, buy-side analysts, and syndicate partners.

Private-to-Public Governance & IPO Readiness Transition:

• – Drive the Investor Relations strategy for the company’s transition from a private to public entity.
• – Partner with the Promoters, CFO, CEO, and Investment Banking partners to prepare IPO-related investor documentation, including DRHP/RHP, presentations, and Q&A briefs.
• – Establish public-market standard corporate governance disclosures, quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and post-listing compliance reporting frameworks.

Financial Communication & Positioning:

• – Formulate and articulate the company’s long-term financial trajectory, credit strength, asset quality narrative, and growth metrics to the financial community.
• – Prepare quarterly investor presentations, press releases, shareholder letters, annual report content, and earnings scripts.
