Job summary

Skyroot Aerospace in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Investor Relations & Engagement professional to manage relationships with Private Equity investors globally, delivering brief business updates and coordinating quarterly review meetings.

You will lead existing investor management, prepare periodic investor reports, and develop presentations with Finance and Strategy teams. Strong communication skills and financial acumen are essential; MBA/CA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations & Engagement professional to manage and strengthen relationships with our investor community. The role involves interacting with Private Equity investors across the globe, delivering brief business updates, conducting quarterly review meetings, and leading existing investor management to build long-term trust and transparency with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Investor Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Private Equity investors across the globe, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication.
• Prepare and share brief business updates covering financial performance, operational highlights, strategic initiatives, and key developments.
• Handle investor queries, information requests, and due diligence requirements promptly and professionally.

2.Quarterly Review Meetings

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct quarterly review meetings with investors, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-ups.
• Develop investor presentations, earnings materials, shareholder communications, fact sheets, and management briefing documents, performance dashboards, and financial summaries in collaboration with Finance, Strategy, and Business teams.
• Capture investor feedback and action points, provide insights to senior management and track their closure with internal stakeholders.

3.Existing Investor Management

• Lead existing investor management, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with current shareholders and PE partners.
• Coordinate investor calls, and site visits as required.
• Support management in fundraising, follow‑on investment rounds, secondary transactions, and exit discussions.
• Prepare periodic investor reports, MIS, and KPI trackers.
• Track industry trends, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s disclosure policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the investor relations section of the company website and ensure timely disclosure of relevant information.
• Develop and maintain investor databases and CRM records.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA.
• Experience: 7 to 12 years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Private Equity, with significant experience interacting with Private Equity investors across the globe.
• Proven experience delivering brief business updates, conducting quarterly review meetings, and handling existing investor management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with investors, analysts, senior management, board members, and global investors.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases and investor‑relations platforms is an advantage.
