Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with strong financial and strategic acumen.
• 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research.
• Leadership experience in a large listed company IR role, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Natural Resources.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation drivers, and investor expectations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic investor engagement: Define and execute IR strategy aligned with priorities; build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies; act as primary spokesperson for investor communications.
• Financial & market intelligence: Lead quarterly earnings releases, investor decks, and annual reports; provide market insights to leadership; collaborate with Finance/Strategy to ensure forecasting and disclosure.
• Leadership & board: Advise Board/CFO on investor expectations and market positioning; prepare briefing materials for senior executives before investor interactions; support equity/debt offerings, M&A, and restructurings.
• Governance & compliance: Ensure SEBI, stock exchange, and global disclosure standards; drive ESG reporting; maintain IR systems and investor tracking.
