Job Description:

Job Purpose

Responsible for financial bookkeeping of listed entity in compliance with MCA regulations and
preparation of financial statements of the company. Preparation of planning and budgeting
framework on annual basis & respective periodic reviews.

• Monitoring and reviewing accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness including operational accountings and Ledger scrutiny.
• Analysing revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Preparing and analysing financial statements and trading account of the verticals/LOBs – including profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
• Process Management: The process management includes planning and execution throughout the end result, including gathering and prioritizing services and customer requirements and working closely with Internal Team and vendor and customer satisfaction goals are met. Impact Analysis of the ‘Problems/issues’ on the system and follow up on solutions identification.
• Implement innovative process controls, automation initiatives in regular work. Meet the requirement of Internal and External Customers and maintain good rapport.

• KRA1 MIS Preparation of monthly LOB performance report.
• Preparation of relevant reports pertaining to business reviews, branch reviews, board presentation and budget reviews.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for reporting requirements.

• KRA2 Accounting Ensure all financials, booking of income and expenses, assets and liabilities are in line with internal control supporting.
• Consolidate transaction processing system data with Financial Books and monitor the flow of entries in Financial Books.
• Validate Sales Incentives and Contest details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the financial numbers in order to comply with internal and external policy/requirements including related party transactions.
