Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Navi Mumbai seeks a Chartered Accountant with strong Finance & Accounts expertise, preferably with pharma experience. The role involves month-end closures, statutory financials for multiple entities, and coordination with auditors.

Key tasks include intercompany accounting, GLSU entries, tax compliance, GST, and FP&A improvements. The ideal candidate will lead process enhancements and drive efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory with strong accounting background.
• Experience in Finance & Accounts, pharma industry preferred.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financials and prepare debit notes.
• Follow up with US team for intercompany accounting.
• Support entries through GLSU and close monthly books.
• Prepare statutory financials for all entities per Ind AS.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare related workings.
• Handle tax audit workings and US tax provisions.
• Assist in tax return compliances and GST matters.
• Develop AP and FA systems; emphasize managerial duties.
• Focus on efficiencies and leadership in the finance team.

• Statutory Financials Preparation for all the entities as per Ind AS.
• Co-ordination with Auditors.
• preparation of workings related to the same.
• Tax Audit Related Workings
• Hard Closing Working for US Tax Provisions

Direct Tax and Indirect Taxes

• Support in Tax Return related compliances
• Transfer Pricing related compliances
• Withholding Tax related compliances etc.
• GST Returns and Refunds related support
• RODTEP Related follow ups for selling the Scrips

Developing the team:

• Support in developing the systems for AP and FA Accounting to ensure

better efficiency.

• More focus on managerial responsibilities then actually doing the work responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
Experience: Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates currently working in the pharma industry or having prior pharma industry experience will be preferred.
