Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a Finance Head (CFO) to optimize financial planning, steer strategic investments and strengthen reporting, accounting and risk management.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and regulatory compliance while building a robust financial system to support growth; ideal candidates have 10–12 years in startups, with BFSI/Fintech exposure and CA/CFA/CPA/MBA – Finance as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 10-12 years of work experience.
• Experience in a growing startup is key.
• Experience in BFSI or Fintech startup with regulatory authorities exposure is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices is required.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• CA, CFA, CPA, MBA – Finance is a strong advantage.
