Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead financial planning, risk management, and capital strategy. You will oversee fundraising, cash flow, and large finance teams, ensuring robust FP&A and compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounts, CFO experience in BFSI, and strong communication and leadership skills. Immediate joiner preferred and the role is on-site in Bengaluru with exposure to capital markets and regulatory audits.

• Managed a team of Financial Controller, Account Managers and People reporting under them.


• End-to-end handling of auditing and reporting processes.

• Ensuring proactive and thorough FP&A throughout the year.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as CFO, Financial Officer, Controller or relevant role.


• In-depth knowledge of financial services accounting, reporting and management practices.


• Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.


• Proficient in the use and application of various RPAs and financial software.


• Ability to strategics and solve problems.
