The Head – Fabrication will be responsible for leading end-to-end fabrication operations for luxury furniture and bespoke products. The role requires strong technical expertise in fabrication processes, materials, production methodologies, team leadership, quality control, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in luxury furniture manufacturing, fabrication, luxury interior projects, premium real estate developments, hospitality projects, or high-end furniture design organizations.
This leadership role requires an individual who can translate complex designs into flawless physical products while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Lead the complete fabrication function for luxury furniture and bespoke product manufacturing.
- Develop fabrication strategies, processes, and standards aligned with Della's luxury quality benchmarks.
- Establish efficient workflows for metal, wood, mixed-material, and customized fabrication requirements.
- Drive innovation in fabrication techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Oversee fabrication activities from design drawings to final finished products.
- Interpret technical drawings, design specifications, and engineering details.
- Ensure accurate execution of complex luxury furniture designs.
- Manage production timelines and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Implement structured production planning and monitoring systems.

- Build a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Develop skilled teams through training and capability enhancement.
- Manage relationships with specialized fabrication vendors and artisans.
- Work closely with CMD, Head – Furniture Design, Production, Procurement, and Interior Design teams.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure design intent is delivered.
- Support prototype development and new product innovation.
- Proven leadership experience in fabrication operations within luxury furniture, interiors, hospitality, or premium real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of bespoke and customized furniture manufacturing.
- Experience managing large-scale fabrication workshops and production environments.
- Ability to manage complex projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for craftsmanship, quality, and luxury execution.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline.
- Certification in Manufacturing, Fabrication Technology, Furniture Production, or Industrial Design.
- Additional knowledge of luxury furniture manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
