Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounting Operations in India to lead large-scale F&A delivery with emphasis on R2R, General Accounting, and AP within Banking. The role requires senior leadership to drive KPIs, orchestrate resources, and optimize workflows for a diverse client base.

The incumbent will guide performance management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring delivery excellence and financial objectives are met.

Responsabilités

• We are seeking an experienced Head Finance & Accounting Operations to lead and manage large-scale Finance & Accounting operations with strong expertise in Record to Report, General Accounting, and Accounts Payable processes within the Banking industry.
• The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the operations team is fully equipped to deliver against contractual KPIs and contribute effectively to defined business metrics and financial objectives.
• The role will involve planning and reviewing people, infrastructure, and technology requirements in collaboration with the transition team to finalize and establish an effective target delivery model.
• The Director will identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, including work redesign, shift optimization, staff mix planning, and workforce utilization.
• The objective will be to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and meet or exceed internal financial goals.
• The incumbent will engage with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and allocate appropriate resources to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
