Job summary

DGS Group is expanding rapidly across Mumbai’s Western corridor and seeks a Head of Civil Engineering to lead end-to-end site execution, drive technical R&D, and scale the core engineering workforce from the ground up.

You will oversee 50+ concurrent sites, recruit and mentor engineers, evaluate formwork technologies, manage budget and timelines, and ensure zero bottlenecks through strong liaison with consultants, architects, and MEP teams.

• 10–18+ years of hardcore site execution and engineering leadership experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects in Mumbai.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale multi-site operations simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership skills with direct experience in building large engineering teams from scratch.

Responsibilities

Engineering R&D Review: Monthly technical evaluation of alternative materials, MEP-civil integration methods, and cycle-time reduction techniques.

Quality & Safety Assurance: Mandatory weekly QA/QC audits, cube-test tracking, and weekly toolbox safety compliance meetings across every site cluster.
