Zenith HR Solutions' client in Noida, India, seeks a hands-on finance leader to drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting. You will partner with senior leadership, promoters, the Board and investors to create value and strengthen controls.

The role demands CA with 12–15 years' post-qualification experience and a track record as a Finance Head or strong deputy to a CFO, with exposure to PE/VC-backed environments and large-scale data analytics.

• Experience as Finance Head / AVP/VP Finance or strong second-in-command to CFO.
• Proven value creation experience in PE/VC-backed or institutionally funded firms.
• Strong FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting.
• Drive value creation plans with KPI tracking and EBITDA impact.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls, cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare boards/investor reports; support M&A, due diligence, IPO readiness.
• Drive finance automation, data analytics and tech-enabled improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Our client is a well-established, institutionally backed Indian B2B company serving MSMEs through a nationwide channel-partner network. The organisation is focused on its next phase of growth, value creation, and strengthening its finance function.

Location: Noida, India

We are looking for a hands-on finance leader to drive financial planning, reporting, compliance, and value creation while partnering closely with senior leadership, promoters, the Board, and investors.

Role

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting.

Drive the financial aspects of the value creation plan, tracking KPIs and EBITDA impact.

Oversee financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Strengthen internal controls, risk management, cash flow, and working capital.

Prepare Board and investor reports and support M&A, due diligence, and IPO readiness.

Drive finance automation, data analytics, and technology-led process improvements.

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience as a Finance Head, Financial Controller, AVP/VP Finance, or a strong second-in-command to a CFO.

Proven experience in value creation within a PE/VC-backed or institutionally funded organisation.

Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management.

Experience working with Big 4 auditors and engaging with promoters, investors, and the Board.

Exposure to finance automation, BI tools, and large transactional datasets.

Experience in B2B or channel-led businesses is highly desirable.
