  • Serve as a senior advisor to the leadership team on messaging, tone, and strategic content.
  • Content & Channel Management: Lead editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all public-facing content across web, social, newsletters, events, and media; oversee multimedia assets.

  • Events & Convenings: Design communications for marquee events, workshops, and launches; coordinate on-stage narratives and briefs.
  • Community Engagement & Storytelling: Source and develop stories, data, and insights; prepare board-facing communications and donor-facing collateral; strengthen member engagement and recruitment.
  • Organisational Management: Build and lead a lean, high-performing team; manage external agencies; set KPIs, budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Insights & Measurement: Implement analytics to track brand awareness, engagement, newsletters, website traffic, and media share of voice; translate insights into strategy; maintain content governance and crisis readiness.
