Job summary

The Fresh Factory in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, invites a Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program, building a culture of excellence and guest-focused service.

You will train the barista team, dial in espresso, maintain quality, manage inventory and equipment, and collaborate with kitchen and leadership to continually elevate the café experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specialty coffee and beverage experience with leadership experience preferred.
