Job summary

THE Hazelnut Factory in Gurugram is seeking a friendly Barista to prepare coffee, tea, smoothies and other beverages following standard recipes. You will operate espresso machines, maintain equipment, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, and take customer orders with a smile.

This role requires good customer service, knowledge of brewing techniques, and the ability to work quickly in a busy café. Basic food safety knowledge and cash/POS handling may be needed; prior barista experience

Qualifications

• Barista experience or caf service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
