You will mentor a high-velocity team of AI engineers, architect reliable workflows, and push for rigorous evaluation, verification, and system reliability in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead and scale our core AI group.

This is a rare opportunity to operate like a fast-moving startup inside a large, market-leading organization. Working directly with top leadership with zero corporate red tape-you will have the autonomy, backing, and real-world scale to fundamentally transform how our businesses operate.

We already have a high-velocity engineering pod shipping AI products into production across voice,data intelligence, workflow automation, and computer vision. Your mandate is to take the helm:bring world-class architectural rigor, scale the team, and expand AI from software development into automating core business and operational workflows across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Own the AI Roadmap & Execution: Partner directly with executive leadership to identify high impact opportunities across our automotive/EV and enterprise businesses, turning them into production AI systems in weeks, not quarters.
• Lead & Mentor a High-Velocity Team: Act as a hands-on player-coach to a sharp team of AI-native engineers setting the bar for system design, modular architecture, and engineering excellence.
• Build Bulletproof Production AI: Architect reliable multi-agent workflows, voice and conversational systems, internal platforms, and automated evaluation/verification pipelines that perform at scale.
• Re imagine Operations with AI: Audit end-to-end business workflows from first principles, replacing legacy third-party tools and manual operations with intelligent, in-house AI systems.

Who You Are

• An Elite Problem Solver: You think from first principles and can break down complex, ambiguous business or technical problems into clean, scalable systems.
• A Hands-On Builder & Leader: You have a proven track record leading high-performing engineering or applied AI teams whether at a top-tier tech company, a high-growth startup, or a premier consulting/ transformation group where you built real AI systems (especially in automotive,two-wheeler, or e-commerce).
• AI-Native to the Core: You don't just manage via slide decks you actively build with modern LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and you obsess over evaluation, verification, and system reliability.
