Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural and design aspects of all projects to meet functional, aesthetic, and financial objectives.
• Review and validate architectural drawings, provide feedback, and ensure corrections are implemented.
• Maintain trackers for all ongoing projects to monitor progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Ensure timely delivery within predefined budgets and schedules.

• Act as central communication for design discussions, consolidating inputs from multiple teams.
• Define briefs for external architects and consultants, outlining expectations and deliverables.

• Drive innovation in design while ensuring feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and manage relationships with architects and service providers for timely execution.
• Coordinate with consultants through design development, tendering, and execution stages.
• Evaluate consultant submissions for alignment with goals and technical requirements.
• Support site teams during execution and facilitate coordination between consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.). Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch) specializing in Town Planning is preferred.

Work Experience (Range of years)

20-22 Years

Preferred Industry

Experience in architectural design, urban planning, and project management, with a strong track record in leading large-scale real estate and mixed-use development projects. Minimum 5-6 years of experience with major real estate firms, having overseen at least one project spanning a minimum of 1 million square feet through its complete lifecycle—from conceptualization to design, execution, and handover.

Proficiency in regulatory bylaws, environmental clearances, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
