Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting under Ind AS and/ or IGAAP
  
• Manage RBI, GST, and Income Tax compliances and filings
  
• Oversee expense management including vendor payments, reimbursemebts, GST/TDS validations
  
• Prepare monthly MIS, Board reports, track budget w. r. t. KPIs and financials
  
• Lead statutory audits and support internal audits, RBI inspections, and tax audits
  
• Support treasury operations and equity fundraising initiatives
  
• Drive finance process automation and continuous improvements
  

What We're Looking For

• Preference to a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/ orExperience in an NBFC and/or Bank
  
• A hands-on leader with an ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
