Indel Corporation in Kochi, Kerala (Corporate Office) seeks a seasoned Head Accounts & Finance to lead the group’s finance function across multiple entities.

This role focuses on governance, financial reporting, cash management, and strategic financial planning to support growth in Financial Services, Automotive, Hospitality, Real Estate, and other businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
• Experience handling multiple legal entities, consolidations, and group-level reporting.
• CA preferred; exceptional finance professionals with relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Accounts & Finance function across group entities.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee accounting operations, bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial reporting.
• Drive GST, Direct Tax, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury-related activities.
• Deliver insightful MIS and management reporting to leadership teams.
• Support business expansion through financial planning and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams across businesses.

Indel Corporation is looking for a seasoned finance leader to head the Accounts & Finance function for a diversified business group with interests spanning Financial Services, Automotive, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and other growth businesses.

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Corporate Office)

Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts & Finance function across group entities
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee accounting operations, bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial reporting
• Drive GST, Direct Tax, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury-related activities
• Deliver insightful MIS and management reporting to leadership teams
