Job summary

Ivalua in Pune, India, is seeking a Helpdesk Configuration Analyst to join our global HD team and provide first- and second-level functional and technical support to customers and administrators. You will guide enhancements, updates and upgrades of the platform.

You will configure the solution from the user interface, engage with APAC clients in English, discuss needs and implementation possibilities, and support SQL-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web-based software development and software configuration.
• Solid SQL experience is required for this role.
• Experience in AI is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from platform administrators or partners to adapt and configure the solution via the user interface.
• Work with international customers, mainly APAC, in English.
• Discuss customer needs and possible implementations; provide functional solutions.
• Assist administrators with setting up SQL queries as part of reporting.
• Receive training on IVALUA Buyer solution leading to certification.
• Train on client applications to become a functional expert.
• Help configure workflows, alerts, reports and more.

THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

Our Helpdesk department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around thirty experts leveraging IVALUA procurement solutions and l work on multiple accounts, from different industries to assist our customer’s Administrators.

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Helpdesk Configuration Analyst . You will be reporting to the Manager HD Configuration, of the helpdesk team and you will be responsible to provide first and second level functional and technical support to users and Administrators, help and guide Administrators to successfully deliver enhancements, updates and upgrades of their platform

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• You process requests from our customer’s platform administrators or their partners who wish to adapt and configure their solution from the user interface, using all configuration tools available in the platform
• You work with international customers mostly from the APAC zone in English.
• You are required to discuss with the customer, their needs and the possibilities of implementation and will be responsible for the functional solutions provided.
• You may also be required to assist administrators with setting up SQL queries as part of their reporting.
• You will benefit from training on our IVALUA Buyer solution leading to Ivalua certification.
• You will be trained on our clients’ applications to become a functional expert.
• Help configure workflows, alerts, reports and more

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in web-based software development and software configuration
• Solid SQL experience is required for this role.
• Experience in AI is a big plus
• Some travel may be necessary (occasional)

Soft Skills :

• BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent.
• Procurement domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and at ease in a multicultural environment
