Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced contract management professional to manage HCP/HCO contracts end-to-end, from intake to e-signature, amendments, and records, ensuring compliance with Sunshine Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.

You will optimize processes, implement automation, and collaborate with healthcare clients to drive efficiency, using templates, redlining, and system templates such as Icertis, Conga, Veeva, and SAP Ariba.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to data
• Strong understanding of HCP/HCO contracting compliance and regulatory frameworks, including the Sunshine Act and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
• Experience utilizing automation solutions for operational excellence
• Experience implementing business process improvements for cost efficiency
• Experience in operational analysis and process optimization
• Project management experience within technology implementation
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Requirements
