Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks for HCP/HCO contracting (Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute).
• Ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).

• 1) 2+ year Experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
