The role requires strong Workday HCM expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of release cycles, with Hyderabad and Gurgaon as preferred locations and a commitment to innovation and employee development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology, with 3+ years in Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.

• Ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative across multiple departments and levels.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile; experience with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert to business stakeholders while gathering requirements and consulting on Core HCM capabilities and configurations.
• Design, test, and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable business processes and solutions to meet identified business needs.
• Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements.
• Provide Workday support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data.
• Coordinate testing to ensure that the product functionality and all upstream/downstream integrations are working as designed.
• Familiar with Application Management Services (AMS) teams in Core HCM to understand the operational activities in detail.
• Stay current with Workday, other leading HCM technologies, Gen AI relevant to the product Core HCM.
• Develop trusted relationships with the business stakeholders and Digital teams.
• Assist the Product Managers with development of strategic roadmap for Core HCM.
• Ownership of the half yearly WD release cycle for Core HCM, including analysis, impacts and adoption of new features.

Summary

Seeking a Workday Technical Product Lead – HCM to analyze, design, transform and implement activities globally. Additional responsibilities include supporting the delivered Workday HCM solutions. The work involves close partnership with the HR Technology team members globally as well as stakeholders in the HR business COEs, Digital/IT, External Vendor organizations. Key objectives include delivery of best-in-class HR technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
• Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.
