Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a finance professional to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. The role involves posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and supporting financial statement preparation.

You will coordinate with AR/AP teams and leverage ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, while using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Shift: US shift; exp 4-7 years.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting principles and monthly close/reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries (accrual, prepaid, bank).
• Ensure daily banking and monthly bank reconciliations; track open items and closure.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Collaborate with AR/AP teams and work with MS Office/ERP systems.
