Job Description:

• Perform quality control reviews of residential loan files in accordance with policies and standards.
• Manage daily operations and client interactions within the Mortgage domain.
• Review collateral documents, including certificate of title, security reports, and legal property documentation.
• Analyze property documents, ownership history, and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with solicitors and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify risk factors and potential fraud red flags.
• Ensure files are complete and accurate, and comply with regulations.
• Build and motivate teams, manage escalations, and contribute to process improvements.
