Job summary

Blue Star in Thane, Maharashtra seeks an electronics testing professional to perform functional, environmental, and EMI tests on prototypes and production units. You will assist in prototype assembly, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, and other lab gear.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience and a diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications or Electricals, with the ability to maintain test labs and execute test plans for root-cause analysis.

Technical Knowledge /Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic components and Lab testing equipments.
• Having good experience of soldering and desoldering of components and repairs the PCB.
• Skilled in using electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), logic analyzers, function generators, spectrum analyzers, programmable power supplies, electronic loads.
• Assist in prototype assembly, debugging, and product evaluation.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of electronic products and prototypes.
• Execute test plans, procedures, and validation activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults and support root cause analysis.
• Operate electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Understanding of reliability, environmental, EMC/EMI, and ESD testing principles.
• Experience or knowledge of testing communication interfaces, including UART, SPI, IC, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and RS-232/RS-485.
• Maintain the R&D electronics components and tools.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure test instruments are calibrated.
