Job summary

Blue Star is seeking an entry-level electronics tester/technician in Pune to perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on electronic products and prototypes. You will assist in prototype assembly, debugging, and product evaluation, working with lab testing equipment and tools.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience and a diploma in E&TC or Electricals (Diploma/B.E. preferred). On-site role with hands-on testing and calibration responsibilities.

Technical Knowledge /Skills

• - Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic components and Lab testing equipments.
• - Having good experience of soldering and desoldering of components and repairs the PCB.
• - Skilled in using electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), logic analyzers, function generators, spectrum analyzers, programmable power supplies, electronic loads.
• - Assist in prototype assembly, debugging, and product evaluation.
• - Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing of electronic products and prototypes.
• - Execute test plans, procedures, and validation activities.
• - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults and support root cause analysis.
• - Operate electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
• - Understanding of reliability, environmental, EMC/EMI, and ESD testing principles.
• - Experience or knowledge of testing communication interfaces, including UART, SPI, IC, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and RS-232/RS-485.
• - Maintain the R&D electronics components and tools.
• - Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure test instruments are calibrated.
