Lead rapid hardware prototyping, enclosure integration, thermal management, and NPI manufacturing handoff for new electronics releases.
- Lead high-speed multi-layer PCB design and rapid prototyping
- Oversee 3D enclosure integration, CAD modeling, and thermal management
- Direct component sourcing, BOM optimization, and NPI vendor handoffs
- Establish hardware QA and automated end-of-line testing rigs
- High-speed PCB design in Altium / KiCad
- 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks / Fusion360)
- DFM, DFA, thermal simulation, and BOM optimization
- NPI lifecycle management from prototype to mass production
Lead hardware prototyping engineers, mechanical designers, and assembly vendors.
- Compensation up to ₹15 LPA plus performance incentives
- Leadership role over hardware prototyping labs
