NSPIRA Management Services Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer to manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and CCTV systems across Maharashtra.

The role requires hands-on experience with desktop hardware, LAN/WAN, CCTV devices, and on-site support. You must be willing to travel across multiple locations and coordinate with teams to ensure uptime and effective issue resolution.

Competenze

• 12th Pass with practical skills in hardware, networking and CCTV installation.
• Diploma in Hardware & Networking, IT or related field preferred.
• Graduates from any stream with relevant technical knowledge and practical experience may apply.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Hardware & Networking Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and CCTV systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
2. Handle LAN/WAN networking, including network cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
3. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
4. Identify and resolve hardware, networking, and CCTV-related technical issues.
5. Perform regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure.
6. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and network connectivity across locations.
7. Provide on-site technical support and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues.
8. Maintain records of hardware, networking equipment, installations, and maintenance activities.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass with good practical technical skills in hardware, networking, and CCTV installation.
• Candidates holding a Diploma in Hardware & Networking, IT, or a related field will be preferred.
• Graduates from any stream with relevant technical knowledge and practical experience may also apply.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and cabling.
• Hands‑on experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel to different locations for technical support.
