Broad Function:

We are looking for Senior Embedded Hardware Developer with minimum 6 years of experience who will be responsible for leading the complete hardware design lifecycle, from schematic capture and PCB layout through manufacturing release and product validation. The role requires expertise in multi-layer PCB design, component selection, hardware debugging, EMC compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable, production-ready embedded and IoT products.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own the complete PCB design lifecycle from schematic capture to manufacturing release.
  
• Design multi-layer PCBs (4–12 layers) for embedded and IoT products using Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.
  
• Develop robust schematics with proper power management, protection circuits, signal integrity, and grounding considerations.
  
• Lead component selection activities, balancing performance, availability, cost, and long-term supply chain requirements.
  
• Conduct PCB layout reviews and ensure adherence to hardware design standards and best practices.
