Job summary

Star Automations in Bengaluru builds and tests electronics for OEM customers, including sub-assemblies, box builds and fixtures. You will support electronics builds, design simple test fixtures and checklists, and review drawings and BOMs to flag issues early.

Ideal candidates have electronics fundamentals, hands-on bench skills, and ability to read schematics with basic PCB design exposure. Open to ITI, diploma and degree holders, including freshers and internships.

Qualifications

• Electronics fundamentals and hands-on bench skills required.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and BOM.
• Basic PCB design or review experience in any common tool.
• Clear documentation of work and processes.

Star Automations, Bengaluru (Mahadevapura). Build and test electronics for OEM customers: sub-assemblies, cable harnesses, box builds and test fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Support OEM electronics builds: sub-assembly, box build and wiring
• Design simple test fixtures and checklists for repaired and built units
• Review customer drawings and bills of materials and flag problems early
• Work with the repair team to turn recurring faults into design fixes

Requirements:

• Electronics fundamentals and hands-on bench skills
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and a BOM
• Basic PCB design or review experience in any common tool
• Clear documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with cable harness and wiring standards
• Testing and fixture design
• Experience with drone, EV or industrial electronics
