Job summary

Akkodis seeks a skilled embedded electronics engineer for ECU design and validation in automotive environments. You will contribute to system and component design, ensuring compatibility with vehicle bus protocols and EMI/EMC standards.

The role requires addressing multiple domains, leading schematic and layout reviews, and ensuring robust thermal management for embedded electronics in ECU hardware.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial or automotive (Tier1) environments.
• Understanding of embedded electronics design constraints.
• Familiar with EE architecture topologies and safety considerations.
• Solid understanding of system and component design.
• Familiar with vehicle bus protocols such as ETH, CAN FD, LIN, LVDS and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiar with EMI/EMC design, testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with thermal management for ECU embedded electronics.
• Ability to handle multiple domains and lead schematic/layout reviews.

• Experienced in industrial or automotive (TIER1...)
• Understanding with embedded electronics design constraints
• Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies and safety
• Solid understanding of system/component design
• Familiar with vehicle bus: ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS communication protocols and troubleshooting tools
• Familiar with EMI/EMC design, test and troubleshooting
• Familiar with experience in thermal management for ECU embedded electronics
• Being able to support/handle more than one expertise domain as a plus
• Ability to participate and leading schematic and layout design reviews
